Over the weekend, I messaged Michelle (knowing that she was an attorney) a question about drawing up a contract for my grandmother's store. The last minute person that my grandma is - she needed the contract drafted within 48 hours. On a Saturday, Michelle took time to respond back to me. She said she personally did not handle this matter but sent an email to another trusted attorney in her firm immediately. She even followed up with us to make sure we were taken care of.
