Refused my civil rights case and has proceeded to cllal me half a dozen times since including 40 mins after they refused the car I'm a call. Now I'm being contacted yet again in Sunday while in church after having said they had already refused my case at every call. Considering they were calling while I was on the line with someone they have operational issues to the point I wouldn't want them as legal representation due to their disorganization

I received a callback with a person who was not a native English speaker and who also did not understand much of what I said. She told me she'd send me a text message explaining why she didn't take my case, but they perform monetary calculations while you're on the phone. If they can't squeeze enough money out of the case, then they can't be bothered. I already had an offer from a different firm, but wanted to shop around before I made a decision. Your call center-oriented case evaluation system is the least profession legal interview I've ever been involved with. You're on hold, off hold, then on hold waiting for them to get a representative, then in making so many corrections to the representative, you're certain they really don't have the facts of the case, but they don't care. Most of what your representative repeated back to me was incorrect. I grew tired of correcting her about the state where this happened, the facts of the case and my injuries. Guess what she missed. The hospital that injured me has agreed to help me with my case. Yes...so they can lowball me, but they're saying they just don't want their doctors embarrassed. They actually got a guy to help me file this like an insurance claim against the company as a whole and not against any specific hospital. Also, I got a copy of tests the doctor cancelled so that she wouldn't have to diagnose me. A nurse gave it to me off the hospital's system. Was told you would refer me to a local firm, but I don't want a referral from your company. Every other company I called was better. I wouldn't be confident in your firm's ability to handle this case anyway. Also, your Reddit reviews are abismal.
