  I worked with Leesburg Tuttle, and while they did communicate with me, I was going through so much at the time, especially with probate. Because of them, I now have the most passionate probate attorney — and I’m grateful for that. I admit I may have missed some paperwork, but I was juggling a lot as a grieving widow after losing my Carl and dealing with the lack of care he received from multiple hospitals. Instead of understanding, I was dropped and now feel blacklisted. I even asked for a referral and got nothing back. Felicia repeatedly got my last name and Carl’s last name wrong — though she eventually corrected it — and she was not the most pleasant person to deal with. I hope if Leesburg Tuttle responds, they will do so with compassion and not with a clinical or critical tone. This is not about making them look bad — it’s about sharing an honest experience so others might be met with more care and empathy.
