  I came across this law firm from just doing a google search and reading their reviews. Kristine was aces when it came to the process of selling my property. Whenever I had a question she would either email back or call back very quickly. From start to finish the process was painless. Thank you Kristine!

  This firm gave my wife checks to mail to her creditors in July. In August, my wife contacted the firm to report that her creditors had not received payment. At that time, the firm dismissed the concern and told her to wait. In September, she contacted the firm again and requested that they formally investigate the missing payments. The firm did not take action until October. In October, the firm informed us that at least one of the checks had been fraudulently cashed. Despite this confirmation, the firm has failed to reissue payment or return my wife’s funds. We have repeatedly followed up, and we are continually told the matter is “still under investigation.” It has now been approximately seven months since the funds were supposed to be distributed. My wife has still not received her money, and her creditors remain unpaid. The firm has shown negligence, unreasonable delay, and failure to safeguard or properly disburse client funds. We are requesting assistance to recover my wife’s funds and to investigate this firm’s handling of client money Sincerely. Mr. Mrs. Miller
