  Exceptional Service and Genuine Care at Reliant I am writing this review to express my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible team at Reliant. My name is Paul, and I have been using their services for almost a year now. When you think of a process server company, you might not expect an inviting atmosphere filled with people who genuinely care about your needs. However, that’s exactly what I found at Reliant. From my very first interaction, I was impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the staff. Darren, who I first met, immediately set aside his tasks to address my urgent need for service. He ensured that I had an affirmation of service to file with the court within just 30 minutes! This level of commitment goes beyond professionalism; it reflects the quality of character that Darren possesses. Samantha also deserves special mention. When I presented her with a unique request from the courts, she not only orchestrated the necessary forms but executed everything efficiently, providing me with an affirmation of service the very next morning. Her attention to detail and responsiveness were truly commendable. Adam is another standout member of the team. He embodies what it means to be a stand-up person, always ensuring that everything is done correctly and never allowing clients to fall through the cracks. Joe, the attorney for the company, is knowledgeable and precise, always available to guide me through the filing process with clarity. And then there’s James, the owner. His integrity, intelligence, and compassion are evident in every interaction. Without his leadership, I may never have had the pleasure of working with such an amazing team. Throughout my experience, I have always felt supported and understood, which is a rarity in this field. As a Pro Se individual who has navigated the often agonizing judicial system, I can confidently say that Reliant offers more than just a service; they provide a level of care and support that is invaluable.
