Our cousin inherited a share of the property and for over ten years refused to pay any upkeep on the house. Using other attorneys, we had made attempts over the years to buy her out but to no avail. With much patience and perseverance, Mr. Morse with the assistance of his law clerk, Madalena Freed, was able to come to a successful resolution and we were finally able to complete the transaction and remove her from the deed. Mr. Morse and Ms. Fried are pleasant to work with, employ good communication, and reasonable fees. We would highly recommend using this law firm.
