- AHAnna HeraldSep 3, 20241.0I received a piece of mail from this company to the address I no longer reside at. Therefore, I couldn’t open that mail and see why this lawyer sent something to me. I called three times, spoke to three different people including the lawyer’s assistant and none of them could say who and why and what was sent. They were completely clueless, couldn’t figure anything out, and more than that, they couldn’t even find any records. They were not able to put me through to any of the actual attorneys either. The last person I spoke to was eating something while on the phone with me. She asked me to repeat the property address about twenty times and about another ten to repeat my name. After more than 15 minutes on the phone with her I did not get anywhere. Overall impression that this place doesn’t have it together, the staff is incompetent and unprofessional.
