    I spent a load of money with this firm on a tenant non payment case and ended up replacing them after 1 year of them working my case and just 1 month before trial. In my opinion, they made somewhere between a material oversight/omission and erroneous guidance on my case, or both - and unfortunately I feel they did not take sufficient responsibility for it...which for me is even a larger concern. I hired another firm and we resolved all issues at the trial.
