I am criminal defense and family court attorney Luke Scardigno. My Law Offices are located in Queens, NY, across from the Queens Criminal Court. I offer a different type of Criminal and Family Court Defense Representation. I will not simply represent you and send you on your way. I will guide you through the legal process, explaining what is happening at each step of the process. I will continue to assist you until your life returns as closely as possible to the way things were before your arrest. Before any court appearances, we will either meet in person or speak on the telephone, so that you can know what to expect. I will always contact you before court to advise you of the upcoming court date, as well as to discuss the status of your case.
