  Totally incompetant and their billing is outright fraud. Through Gross Negligence, they somehow lost a case where the defendant didn't even respond. Took 7 months for a 3 month issue and at times, they just disappeared after paying 10,000 in cash. Then billed me $26,000 total. For failing to even get to a hearing and they cost my company $986,000. Their bill includes talking about my case internally and things that never happened. I've since discovered that this is their business model. Then they sue you to collect their fraudulent bill. Their clients are their victims. Avoid these scammers

  I have known Sterling Kerr since we were teenagers playing on the same basketball team. I have always held him in high regard. Integrity and creativity are two applicable attributes. We re-acquainted on LinkedIn recently because I was in need of corporate structuring and fiscal logistics. I tried many paths in Texas and Canada without successful councel or advice. Sterling proved that he not only understood my nuanced projects and all of my requirements but he demonstrated experience and competence in these areas PATIENTLY. I have read some of the negative reviews on here and have difficulty believing that the concerns are "ignored" without reason. I believe good counsel is like anything else worthwhile in our lives. We need to control the outcome by managing the process and NOT being passive with expectations. By articulating my management style and expectations Sterling and I were able to find common ground quickly and formulate concrete solutions to my needs. Communication with intent and a collaborative spirit will breed success for anyone seeking counsel with Kerr Simpson ... IMHO.
