- JZJeremy ZamoraAug 13, 20251.0Ive sent over my medical records for my case but I've tried calling 3 times and left 2 messages but no one seems to return my calls... I wish they would say yes or no so I have some closure on whether or not they will take my case. 🤷.... Well... after not returning my calls I received a letter saying that they would not continue to take my case because they have tried reaching out to me and I have not responded. Which is not true, because I have been calling the office and leaving messages but no one returns my calls. I would recommend going with an office that keeps an open line of communication. Thanks for at least sending me the paperwork showing that you are not taking the case so I can get a another lawyer to take my case.

We had agreed to review my case as a possible medical malpractice suit and I had just received the medical records and asked what I should do about them. Then with no warning he stated "I refuse to handle your case I;m going to hang up on you now. I asked quietly what was the reason and he just hung up. STAY AWAY!
