The next day we had our first meeting and I left Darins office with 100 % confidence that the eviction will be executed. Darin was perfectly honest about how many months this could take because of the backlog of court dates due to the moratorium that was enacted during the pandemic. Darin and his team filed for the court hearings immediately, 4 weeks later we had our first zoom with the tenants lawyer and a mediator. Darins diligence and negotiating technique convinced the tenants lawyer that offer was fair and should be accepted. Since the tenant was not present during the zoom it took another week to finalize the agreement. Darins attention to details on the final agreement about the tenant vacating the premise was executed without a glitch.
