  PLEASE DO NOT HIRE GEORGE VEITENGRUBER AT ALL COSTS. Terrible lawyer and does not return important phone calls. He does not care about his clients and only cares about the money. An OUTRAGEOUS offer was requested of OVER $62,000 to fix repairs needed on a home. This was way over budget but GEORGE insisted on a “low ball” counter offer of $7,500 which was later increased to $10,000 confident that the buyer would not accept. The buyer unfortunately accepted the offer and now I lost my home! Unacceptable and Unethical practices. His assistant ANASTASIA is extremely unhelpful and gives the run around when asked simple questions. AVOID THIS LAW FIRM ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE SELLING YOUR HOUSE.

  Worst attorney ever. 0 due diligence and unresponsive. Ended up getting screwed big time on a deal. Quoted me at $2-$4k upfront then snuck in a $10k fee at closing because he knew I had no choice but to pay it if I wanted to close.

  I’ve been working with Veitengruber law for a few years now. To sum up, they are FRIGGEN AWESOME!! I went through a foreclosure and a bankruptcy and they made the whole process so easy on me and my family. Answered every question, explained every detail. More than fair fee with no hidden costs at all! George is such a great! He’s down-to-earth and easy going but also incredibly and experienced. Ivy is amazing. She’s such a pleasure to talk to and puts me at ease with any/all my concerns. Makes sure I’m aware of everything that is going on regarding my case. Thanks to Karissa too for all your help! I’d give them more stars if I could but I’m limited to 5.

  George is professional,honest,down to earth and direct. Doesn't waste your time and works hard and fast to get a solution and make it stick. We have gone to him numerous times for small and extremely large issues and he is right on the money every time. His staff is very friendly and professional. We would recommend him (and do) to everyone we know.

  I had a consultation with George regarding some questions I had about a loan modification. He was able to put everything into plain English for me and gave me sound advice as to handle my particular situation. He very patiently listened to all my concerns and while I knew he had another appointment coming in, he didn't rush me or cut me off. In sum, I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking advice on mortgage or foreclosure issues. He's obviously a great lawyer, but, maybe more importantly, a genuinely good guy.
