His paralegal is the main person you will deal with (Lacey S.). She is not responsive, not organized in her work, does not follow up with clients to push for deadlines, is not driven and motivated to help clients to the best of their ability, did not keep clients in check. Just an awful experience all around, to the point where it’s just not worth my time to explain further details about the transaction as to why it was so horrible dealing with them, at least with real estate law.
