  To whom it may concern. My name is Jason Stonewall. I am the sole legal and physical custodian of My 7 year old son. My son and I are African American. Today, it is important, you the reader, understand what that means. I am writing today to offer my gratitude to Mr. Schense for the way he represented me. I am not wealthy. Nor do I need to be. Working with Mr. Schense is nothing like you see on tv. Remember that. He is a human being who demonstrated the ability to empathize and project my distress to the courts in a manner which allowed my son’s mother to keep her dignity, if she wanted to. Over the past 6 years I have observed Mr. Schense represent individuals with little or no hope in their eyes. What others saw as hopeless or an opportunity to profit, it is my opinion, based on my experience and observations that he has the ability to pull hope out of nowhere. Perhaps it’s the way he treats others with high regard and respect. We have had our disagreements about my cases but at the end of it all I know my son’s future was being represented by a gentleman with just enough shark at just the right time to be effective. I cannot guarantee you will be victorious under his watch, that’s not for me to know. What I do know is Mr. Schense knows his way around a courtroom and his experience is easy to see. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand and answer your every email and phone call and soothe your every worry go watch Matlock. But if you want an attorney who is real and very capable of representing you then bring your honesty and integrity to the table when you meet.

  Don is the best most aggressive attorney but more than that the guy actually cares and fights for what right. I’ve used him for several cases during messy divorce and he went above and beyond for me. Typical attorney doesn’t answer calls a lot slow to respond. But don’t think he’s not working cause that’s all he does. Well worth the money in my opinion the best criminal civil attorney in Omaha and Bellevue.
