    Ms. Hughes recently represented us in a tricky civil ligation when others said we did not have a case. She held her own against an arrogant and much older attorney. She was professional and patient. She helped us reason though a difficult situation and we highly recommend her.

    If I could give 10 stars, I would. After an automobile accident, I was bombarded with letters from lawyers and didn't know what to do. A friend referred me to Davis, Murrelle and Lyles, PA. It was the best thing that could have happened. From the first visit on, I knew that Mr Murrelle and Melissa had my best interest at heart, not just from the legal perspective, but also concern over the medical care and treatment from the injuries. Often I got a call or email just to check to see how I was. No matter how "dumb" my question(s) may have been, they always responded quickly and with an answer I could understand. Their honesty on my specific situation and what was the best approach made me know without a doubt, it was the right advice. I also know that part of my recovery was because I had a huge peace of mind because these two were on top of things. I hope that I am never in another accident, but if I am, my first call will be to them.

    While on vacation, in Morehead City, NC, I fell and broke a bone. Went to the er and was told to see an orthopedic surgeon once I returned home (300 miles away). We contacted the restaurant where I had fallen and started working with their insurance company. Surgery happened and bills started mounting and it seemed the insurance company wasn't following through as we thought they should.
