- LILT W IIIJan 3, 20261.0This firm took close to 20k dollars to draft my fathers living will, will and trust in 2011-2014. After his passing in 2020 they charged me 4k dollars. None of our assets were placed in the trust after 4 years. We have lost millions of dollars due to fraud and breaches. There was no effort made whatsoever to search for other properties, investment accounts, or forensics on any accounts in other states. This firm failed their duty and obligation to us. Two things must be noted….upon our very first visit after my father’s passing the principal attorney says “Congress has changed things” as he exited that room. After 4 years during our last visit when confronted about the lack of duty and obligation he then says “would it have changed anything?” My answer is simply yes, had you done your job with integrity and loyalty we would not have lost almost 3m dollars. Honestly other than placing an ad in the paper for creditors I’m certain both my father and I way overpaid for the lack of services rendered. In fact they really didn’t care much about our assets at all. In 4 years I not once received a call from the assigned attorney who is now the city attorney. My family feels devastated by our loss of my father. The borderline of unethical practices and fraud is beyond explanation. We were taken advantage of by this firm, our franchisor, another local tax attorney (extortion) and our accountant, all during the last 5 years. We literally have nothing left. This may very well happen to your loved ones. Buyer beware.
