  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend I cannot say enough great things about this law firm. Monti B. my attorney, was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She was attentive, analytical, and truly invested in my case. She took the time to address every single concern I had and reassured me whenever I felt overwhelmed. Monti thoroughly explained all the answers to my questions, even breaking down different 50/50 schedules before court so I knew exactly what to expect. Because of her preparation and guidance, I walked into court confident and walked out with exactly what I wanted. Heather, the legal assistant, is truly the best! She and Monti make an amazing team. Heather responds quickly, gets things done weeks before deadlines, and always sent reminders with clear and detailed instructions.   I can’t say enough good and positive things about Heather and Monti and their efforts in my grandparental visitation case! We were able to get a favorable judgement and can now see our grandson! Monti is magic in the courtroom and Heather is awesome with the research and getting answers for us!   Monti Caldwell Bishop is a.k.a. a one side of the tracks guardian ad litem. She was unprofessional and played both sides of the tracks, instead of doing what was needed in the best interest of the children. Very unorganized and didn't bother to research the other party and their family ethics. Even with the CPS referring the case to be closed and the children be returned to the parent who raised and cared for them since birth, not to a parent/non-biological parent who abandoned them (3) times in their life, instead of packing up and moving out of state to raise another family. A guardian ad litem is an attorney for the CHILDREN, not to be a one sided train jumping tracks 🙄. If you are looking for a fair guardian ad litem and working for the child's best interest, may I suggest Linda Martin. I worked with her when I was a former CPS associate for Rankin County. She does not play both sides of the tracks, and she is very professional.

She’s responsive, helpful to answer any questions or even doubts you may have at any time. She makes you feel comfortable and is not intimidating when you want legal advice or assistance. I’ve used Monti on two separate occasions and would use her again for any legal matter I may have.
