  I would like to share my experience being represented by the Joan M. Swartz Law Firm. Ms Swartz fearlessly advocated for me through the negotiations, mediation, court appearances, and related proceedings. Ms Swartz was very confident in the way the case was proceeding, she was very professional and kept me informed of results of these events, as well as what we might expect in the future. Communication was excellent. When I called or emailed her with questions, I received quick feedback from Ms Swartz or her staff. I knew Joan Swartz wanted to protect my rights, and she would champion my position through the legal process through its finality. I am an immensely satisfied client and would definitely recommend Joan Swartz and the Swartz Law Firm to my friends and associates should they ever have a need for legal representation.

  She is by far the rudest attorney I’ve ever spoke to. What kind of professional yells at a victim and tells them they are the problem on an initial phone call. Your job as an attorney should NEVER be to accuse someone of being the cause of abuse by supervisors, it’s strictly to determine if it’s a winnable case for YOU! If you choose this lady you are making a huge mistake!! Find someone who will actually listen and has self control.let me add: who is this lady to tell me who I can and can’t date. I didn’t date my client, the person I reported that got me fired did!!

  This woman is incredibly rude, dismissive, and just plain unkind. You will be hung up on and treated like you don’t matter. I have never been talked to so snobbily by a complete stranger.
