It is truly unfortunate and beyond disappointing that you failed to perform your professional duty and allowed my bankruptcy case to be dismissed due to non-payment without any communication, warning, or follow-up. In this economy, when people are already overwhelmed and seeking help to get back on their feet, the complete lack of diligence, accountability, and care is unacceptable. I fully trusted you to guide and represent me through a critical legal process, and instead I was left blindsided.
