  My daughter had the unfortunate experience of having Nicholas Mebreur as a GAL (Guardian ad Litem) for her family court case, and it was an absolute nightmare. Here's my honest review of his representation: 1. Profit Over People: It's evident that Mr. Mebreur has built his career by separating families. It's disheartening to see someone make a significant living out of tearing families apart. It seems like he's more interested in financial gain than in the well-being of the children he's supposed to protect. 2. Incarcerating Innocent Youth: Mr. Mebreur doesn't seem to care about the innocence of youth caught in unfortunate circumstances. He didn't hesitate to recommend incarceration for young individuals who had been removed from abusive environments. It's deeply concerning that he doesn't prioritize rehabilitation and support for these vulnerable kids. 3. Negligent in Child Placement: During our case, Mr. Mebreur repeatedly missed crucial meetings related to child placement and behavioral updates. This negligence had a severe impact on our family's situation and created unnecessary confusion and stress. It's unacceptable for someone in his position to be so unprofessional. 4. Overlooking Abuse: Perhaps the most disturbing aspect of his representation is that, as a mandated court reporter, he seems to overlook abuse when it suits his needs for child placement. This is a grave breach of trust and a betrayal of the very purpose of his role as a GAL. In summary, I would strongly advise against allowing Nicholas Mebreur's representation as a GAL. His actions and priorities are deeply troubling, and it's clear that he does not have the best interests of the children and families he is supposed to serve at heart. My daughter had to endure a harrowing experience with him, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal. Look elsewhere for a guardian ad litem who genuinely cares about the welfare of children and families.

  Did a very poor job on my daughter's case. He would not answer her calls and if she would try and go to see him at his office the door was always locked. He was Very rude!! The case is over and needless to say he lost it for my daughter and SHE IS STILL TRYING TO GET HER FINAL PAPERWORK BUT GUESS WHAT SHE CAN'T GET A HOLD OF HIM!🤯😡
