  Took almost 3 year's to settle for literally pennies. My car was totaled and I had injuries yet somehow the passenger walked away with more than I did and even got paid before I did. I wish I would've went somewhere else. 3 years for nothing im devastated.

  I can’t thank Michael Foster and his firm enough for their hard work. They took the stress out of a really difficult situation and made sure I received the treatment and compensation I deserved.   I truly had the best experience working with Brian and his team at Foster Wallace. They exceeded all expectations in handling my auto accident claim and the subsequent settlement. They were patient with me, explaining things in plain terms so that I could understand the process, which is saying a lot because I had a lot of questions as this was the first time I've been in a situation where I needed to consult with an attorney. Their approach was respectful, transparent, and highly effective. Brian is genuine, professional, and truly cares about his clients. 100/10...highly recommend!

  Wow… I’ve always seen ads, or commercials about injury attorneys, and to be honest I always thought they were cheesy. The day came where I found myself needing one not that long ago. I googled injury attorneys in the KC area, and I’m beyond blessed and grateful that Foster-Wallace was the first to come up. With amazing reviews I know they had to be the one. I called and spoke with a lady, told her about my situation. She assured me I was in great hands and someone would be reaching out to me soon. The very next day I received a call from Kim. She stated she would be my attorney. Without speaking with her face to face by her tone and questions I could tell I was in great hands. Having to be in a situation like this I was nervous, scared and very left in the dark as to how this was going to go. Kim was amazing at explaining everything in words that were very understanding, never left me wondering what she really meant. Her paralegal Abbie was beyond amazing as well. The thing I loved about them the most is with the busy life of working and raising kids it’s not always easy to take phone calls. They would simply send me a text if they had questions or just to update me on where everything stood at. Due to very understanding events Brian, another attorney took over my case. From the first phone call I almost felt like he was family. They honestly stand behind everything they say. They DO REALLY CARE ABOUT YOU. They settled my case way quicker than I could have ever expected. Got me the very max I could get from all my losses. I would recommend them to anyone if I’m ever given the chance too. After it was all said and done I received a call from Brian thanking me for coming to them for help. I can’t thank them enough, for being truly a blessing and miracle to me, right before we got off the phone he said please don’t lose my number. If you ever find yourself in anything that would require legal help reach out to me. If it’s not our specialty we will help you find the right one. That spoke so much to me. Touched my heart. They really care even after it’s all said and done. I will forever go to them if I ever come across a situation again. They deserve more than a 5 star review. They need a 10.
