- CMChad McLaurinFeb 6, 20221.0I attended a brief session as a requested advocate. The client was uncomfortable to attend her meeting with Nacy without an advocate present. Whether it was frustration over the case, the affront of my presence, or something else goading, William Nacy grew very verbally aggressive towards his client in my presence. Whatever the history, what I witnessed was highly abusive and unprofessional. From my perspective, it was outright bullying. Would steer wide of Nacy. Then again, maybe it's only an issue if you're a vulnerable black woman who takes steps to protect herself from exploitation. Not my first rodeo. One of the uglier.
