  Mr. Gilbert was my attorney for nearly two years during a lengthy and mentally exhausting divorce process. Through this process, I have learned there are three important things you want in an attorney representing you. 1.) Transparency 2.) Organization 3.) Experience Mr. Gilbert was extremely transparent, he was always forthcoming with the possibilities of an outcome, both good and bad. While at times, it was difficult and scary to hear the possibility of a bad outcome; it kept me mentally prepared, ready, and realistic. This is a valuable asset that you want in an attorney representing you! We had a lot of good outcomes during this process but I heavily appreciated Mr. Gilbert’s extensive experience to always be realistic with your clients. Mr. Gilbert is probably one of the most organized attorneys I have had. There was numerous occasions where I felt more prepared and knowledgeable about timelines, guidelines, expectations, and judgments because of Mr. Gilbert’s consistent organization. There can be an overwhelming amount of information, files, and documents during a lengthy divorce but everything was always very easy to relocate in emails, understand legal proceedings, and feeling prepared. Mr. Gilbert’s experience was a huge comfort because he has seen and worked all sorts of divorce and custody cases. I think his experience and transparency went hand in hand, he always kept reality front and center. Lastly, a personal take on Mr. Gilbert. Being a lawyer is tough work, exhausting, and can really test your patience. Mr. Gilbert never spoke ill of another attorney, law firm, judge, or individual in my presence in nearly two years. Which I think speaks volume to his character. Divorces can be a very bitter process, but Mr. Gilbert kept me focused on the future and to remain kind hearted! Love all the girls at the front desk! His paralegal, Alyysha is amazing, sweet, and they make an incredible team. Not every divorce or child custody situation is linear; and mine was difficult to say the least, but having an attorney in your corner helps substantially. I would definitely use Mr. Gilbert again in the future.

  My wife and I had procrastinated in writing our wills/trust due to not knowing how to proceed. Nathan handled our situation with understanding and calmness. He answered all our questions and offered valuable advice and insight. He was a pleasure to work with.
