  I recently got divorced and Mr. Tim Flynn represented me in the divorce case. Always prepared and extremely knowledgeable, tactful, sharp and very professional. Mr. Flynn really listened and I felt supported throughout the whole process. The entire staff was always pleasant and friendly.   If you're a Parent who is diagnosed with Dementia, and would like to see everything for your kids handled in the most fair and professional way possible, as you start to decline, I recommend in looking elsewhere. Steve has shown many examples where he's far more interested in doing whatever for compensation, while completely ignoring the ethics. As I know this is not what my mother had in mind, while letting my sister who is her power of attorney, hire him. Starting with letting my already diagnosed mother put into writing, that I needed to see a Psychiatrist in order to stay in her home where I was taken care of her, before her Dementia got to the point, that i no longer could.And that was the extent of the requirements. As my Siblings took advantage of her disability, getting her to put that into writing, due to problems with those same Siblings. And even after I saw a Psychiatrist, he did absolutely nothing into helping me get back into that home to share with my brother, like my mother really wanted, and what she put into Writing . As I completely satisified what was put into writing, with him. Clearly taking advantage of me not having a voice. As he only does what the power of attorney wants, while ignoring my mother. As she compensates him out of my mothers Finances. As the power of attorney wanted me to have something more extensive after I saw a Psychiatrist, even though the actual Psychiatrist who I saw, said it wasn't necessary. That way my brother can stay at her place by himself, like my Siblings want. Causing me to be Displaced. Now basically making what was put into writing by mother, completely irrelevant. When this is a big reason why things are put into writing in the first place, so someone cant just change or alter anything, after the fact.
