- DGDennis GilmoreJan 5, 20261.0I contacted this firm about a doctor that did a surgery that left 2 of my toes paralyzed and 4 not usable . I talked to one person and gave a brief overview. I was told I would be contacted for further information. I was never contacted so I reached out to them again and had to leave a message. I did so. A few days later I received a letter saying they would look into my case. After a month I was curious about the process so I called to inquire about the steps being taken from here. Again I had to leave a message and a few day's later I received another letter rejecting my case. Seems like some ai bull shit or just disrespectful service. Thanks for nothing. Not one ounce of confidence in this company on any level. Very disappointed in how I was treated weather I have a case or not. Just disrespect. 0 stars
