At our first meeting in March of this year, we discussed what to expect and the rules and requirements for the application process. I received support in preparing and submitting my application materials, which eased all my worries. While I was waiting, Brian and Nikki kept me updated and answered all my questions. Before I knew it, my interview was scheduled, and Brian even called me to help me prepare for the interview. It was a great experience and much easier than I expected.
