Once you signed the retainer, he's hard to find and won't call you back after his receptionist relate your message to him. I called in the mornings and he won't call back til 7:30 pm.. he keep saying "I was in court, I was in court" Yes..@7 P.M. when I here back from him... Workers comp will not talk to you after you hire an attorney, that's why I'm upset... they mailed my info to him that I needed to know about but he didn't tell me, maybe he forgot or He's not taking my case serious! Idk but "THEY" had told me it was sent to him, contact him, and I couldn't get in contact with him to see what was emailed to him, NO RESPONSE! so I was Mad and call back with an attitude today.. Just to tell him about himself, receptionist said he wasn't there, until I got mad then all of a sudden he's about to take my call, he was there all that time y'all!! .. Reconsider! before signing over your case.. some of them "May NOT!" be bad lawyers but NICK I wouldn't trust...
