From the initial consultation to the post-judgement process, Mark Snover and Steven Maisel were outstanding.   I hired Mark for a complicated divorce and custody case after consulting with several other family law attorneys in the area. Mark’s ability to immediately grasp the central issues in my case and to give definite, strong and wise counsel led me to trust him immediately. I knew his perspectives were based on extensive experience and knowledge, and I felt his instincts were spot on. Mark was able to assess complicated situations throughout my case quickly and to discern what was likely to work and what would simply make a bad situation worse. I felt he was a true advocate for me and my child, and he helped us find the best possible resolution in an efficient, incredibly wise and compassionate manner. Mark is not a pushover. He’s also not a dreamer. He is real, practical, efficient, and up front and honest about the way things are, even in dealing with corrupt ion in the legal system. He did not force any decisions on me, but he was very definite in letting me know what the likely outcomes would be of various paths forward in the legal “game.”I felt like he took me under his wing and helped me find the best resolution possible.   I just finished 8 more months of court with my ex. After five and a half years of court and 5 other lawyers, I'm glad I finally found Mr. Snover. If your ex is making false claims against you or just making life difficult for no good reason, if there's custody involved, get these guys. I was shocked at the initial retainer fee, but after it was done, because these people never nickel and dime you, you will get more for your dollar than anyone else. Previous lawyers charged me for every email and phone call, even if it was under 2 minutes. These guys don't. Mark also knows so many people in Oakland County and is highly respected that whatever crazy your ex is doing, he will shine a light on it. I wish I would have found him from the beginning. My ex wanted full custody and accused me of abuse. By the end, I got all that dropped and got more quality time with my child than I could have hoped for. It was a Fair outcome. Thank you Mark
