    I worked with Scott Logan years ago on what turned out to be a case that encountered complications. I found him to be very thorough, attentive to all the details and prompt in responding to my questions, which translated as respectful to both his time and mine. He is an individual who does not mince his words, he is direct and he is straightforward. But his work was very effective and helpful, and he continued on my case when he could have easily told me to seek other counsel in the face of my unique challenges. I would hire him again if I ever needed to and recommend him to others.

    I consulted with Scott Logan after another attorney told me there was no chance I qualified for Chapter 7 because of my income and would be stuck in a 5 year chapter 11. 30 minutes on a zoom call with Scott and he confirmed that I'd pass the means test with a little room to spare. I got him all the information he needed and he took care of the rest. He was very responsive to questions I sent him via email - even after hours. In the end I got my discharge and was happy to move forward. Now there is something to understand about Scott that some people aren't going to like. He's very direct and is only going to tell you what you need to know. If you ask him a question, he's going to answer your question in as few words as is necessary to do so. If you don't like that, then he may not be the attorney for you, but he does know his stuff and will get you through the process. (Posting anonymously for privacy)

    Can't say enough about Scott and his team. Scott is always available, and I have talked to him on quite a few nights and weekends. I believe he cares deeply for his work and the people he represents. He helped me during an arduous 5 years but I am nearing the end and am forever grateful. He is a steward of the legal process and in my experience always keeps his clients at the top of his priorities.
