I found him to be very thorough, attentive to all the details and prompt in responding to my questions, which translated as respectful to both his time and mine. He is an individual who does not mince his words, he is direct and he is straightforward. But his work was very effective and helpful, and he continued on my case when he could have easily told me to seek other counsel in the face of my unique challenges. I would hire him again if I ever needed to and recommend him to others.

When I questioned him about it, he demanded I get a new lawyer. Highly don't reccommend him. Update: After I posted this review, Scott Logan emailed me to then belittle me and tell me that I was the one mistaken when I have proof of the way I was treated. He insisted that I was wrong about the events that happened on why he told me to get a new laywer. I have never met someone so rude and inconciderate.
- JPJoanie PagettDec 13, 20211.0I accompanied my friend to meetings, he was disabled from a stroke and an active alcoholic. He was in a blackout drunk when Scott Logan had him sign paperwork. Trustee was hired, without my friend's knowledge. The trustee and Attorney never gave receipts. Now they have changed his payments and extended from 36 months of payments to 80 no ths! The last court date he WAS at, no representation was present. He talked to the clerk acknowledging that he was in correct court. He was told it got cancelled. Scott Logan told him He was a liar, and was not in court. He also had him pay extra for financial classes that Logan created. He has given one page for my friend to sign and then claim there was a pile of papers. He is a crook! My friend has been sober for a couple years. Don't trust Logan!!!!
