Caruso & Zerwitz has been my Dad's legal go to for over 3 decades. When my parents passed I continued with Maria to manage my Dad's estate. Maria and her Team are helpful, honest, compassionate, and thorough in the process of probate. I wouldn't had been able to do it myself. I am not familiar with Maryland law since I reside in Philadelphia. I highly recommend Maria and her Team at The Law offices of Caruso & Zerwitz! Many Thanks! Best, Lori

Frequently Asked Questions About Law Offices of Caruso & Zerwitz

How much is this going to cost me?

Most attorneys charge by the hour (typically between $200 and $350 per hour), so the longer your divorce takes because of disagreements, the more it will cost. Being prepared to meet with your attorney, and the more willing you are to help with your case, the more affordable it will be.

What steps are involved in the divorce and custody process?

Divorce can be handled in three different ways: mediation, collaborative law, or separation agreements. It is typically in your best interest to settle your divorce one of these ways, but if an agreement can't be reached, you will have to let the courts step in and make a decision.
