- MBMatthew BarranoffMar 26, 20243.0I submitted the initial consultation fee, met with the lawyer, after which I received no communication at follow up as whether they intended to take my case or not. They told me they would respond withing 48 hours. I asked a number of times if they intended to take the case and got no response. It seems they may be overworked/unorganized; meeting would get rescheduled without informing me, I would have to send multiple follow-up emails to get any response. While the lawyer seemed knowledgeable, the lack of communication seems somewhat unprofessional.

- ABAndrew BowlingDec 3, 20185.0I hired this firm to assist with an EEO complaint. Thru the entire process the lawyer and paralegals I interacted with were quite polite and professional. GEL was able to get my EEO complaint settled with a removal of a unwarranted suspension, restoration of leave taken during this period, and well as my attorney's fees. The only complaint I had was a billing issue found half way thru my case which caught me off guard. However, despite the mistake GEL worked with me on a payment plan that I could afford and the mistake had no impact on my case. I would definitely and have already recommend this law firm to coworkers and friends.
