- BOBrian OConnellJun 30, 20251.0Incredibly rude, dismissive, and has zero empathy or listening skills. I spent 10 minutes getting snapped at over the phone trying to explain my situation. He didn’t ask questions to help clarify the situation just got frustrated and ended up hanging up on me at the end of the call. I’ve dealt with a lot of attorneys for various reasons non criminal related- I wouldn’t recommend this guy to my worst enemy with the way he speaks to people.

- RGRed GreenDec 16, 20202.0I had the displeasure of dealing with this gentleman almost two decades ago. I returned my call within 8 hours. He said he only takes cases he can win. His personality leaves many people very, cold. That is NOT GOOD when you have to deal with LEO's or court staff! Well the interpretation of the issue under consideration has changed to the better with CWOF's since then. He failed to do his due due diligence on the issue. My PD issued me the license anyway! I would not hire this man for anything but boilerplate stuff. I sent my cousin to him when his town was delaying his LTC. Seems the chief in the town had to fire his licensing officer for failing to process the licenses in a reasonable time and had several complaints pending. I would not hire this man, if you need a seasoned litigator in the court room. I have theory about firearms specialist attorneys. If they were any good at criminal defense litigation work, they would not seek a niche practice in the law. Your mileage may vary!
