    Revised my comments: They did what they could with what the insured had for coverage but I should have sued the other driver myself as she was 💯 at fault and I would have been entitled to more than 50% payout. I'm still suffering from the July accident including more surgery recently. The attorneys claimed she had no assets but I'm sure she still has her vehicle. I'm grateful that the attorneys did adjust the payout . I was advised I could have taken it to court but I had zero income since July and bills had to be paid.
