Many places like this in the parish use an automated system that is not capable of answering any questions. That was important to us because the specialty plate we were looking for was not widely available. The service was quick and friendly, with us in and out in no time. A bonus is a kids play area is inside of the lobby.

I called him out on his behavior and he later said he was sorry for talking to me in that manner. In the end, his apology is meaningless. I will never set foot in there again. All I was looking for was a copy of my car title to sell my car. I later found my original and regret ever entering this place.
