  Mike Davidson is the best family law attorney in Lexington. My case had added layers of confusion due to dealing with post separation abuse. Mr. Davidson knows the nuances of the law well. His experience of the court system and human nature proved to be invaluable. I have had the unfortunate experience of using several attorneys since my 2017 divorce. I can personally attest that he is exceptional. If not for the foundation he helped to set in place for me and my children, we would have gotten lost and slipped through the cracks of injustice. Mr. Davidson is a true expert in his field. His hourly rate may be above average, but he is very organized and efficient. If you can afford to hire the best, you will find it in Mr. Davidson.

  I love Mr. Davidson and his staff. They were always there for me during a difficult divorce. Mr. Davidson knows the law and he worked hard for me for over a year and eight months. He took up for me. He and Nam worked to get me a great Settlement from someone who after twenty years thought the children and I deserved nothing. He will take care of you.

  Some years ago, Mike Davidson helped me finalize a drawn-out divorce (that was bungled up by two previous attorneys who allowed the opposing counsel, a nasty human being, to run amok). Recently, I hired Mike to handle an interstate custody case, an area where few attorneys have any knowledge, let alone expertise. Mike was versed even in this area of the law and the case was adjudicated in our favor. All the while, I received timely updates on the unfolding of the case. Mike is formidable, pragmatic, super competent, efficient, and responsive. (Nam, his paralegal, is also quite excellent.) I’ve learned the hard way how important it is to find an attorney with these qualities; Mike not only provided effective representation, but also restored my sense of dignity and trust in the process. He is not cheap, but his business model is to win and you get what you pay for.

  Michael Davidson is 5 out of 5 stars for every category I can think of. He is Trustworthy, Responsive, Knowledgeable, and kept me informed through the entire process of my child custody battle and divorce. He was up front with me about each situation. He told me the best way to handle situations as well as ways to change how I handled past situations so the same outcome didn’t repeat itself. I had what I consider a complicated situation. Drugs, Domestic violence, marital property/debt, and most importantly children were involved. With such a scary nerve racking situation I appreciated his office always responded the same day. I always felt like I was their main focus when I reached out to them or when I went to their office. Mike reach out to other attorney involved in any cases to do with my ex to make sure they had the most up to date information. After the other attorney’s trials took place Mike also called me to make sure I knew the outcome of those trails. His office had things done in days that were dead ends with other attorneys and/or government departments. He knew what papers to file and the best time to file them. He had referrals for specialist to help my family get better. Watching Mike in court really showed his experience and knowledge for family law. Every family deserves to be happy. I will be forever grateful to Mike and his team for giving us the consistency of peace so we could move onto living a happy life from a truly ugly situation.
