Over a year ago, someone ran a red light because they were distracted by their phone and hit the side of my truck going about 60 mph. My life has never been the same since then. When researching which attorney's office I wanted to talk to, I came across Hicks & Funfsinn. They paired me with Kenny Human and he is the most understanding and patient person in the world. I am a small business owner, so I am naturally an over thinker and over communicator. He stuck it out with me for over a year while my case went through all the steps of Dr appointments, going after the other persons insurance and then going through my insurance..I must have had a million questions and a ton of insecurities during the whole process but Kenny really knows his stuff. He answered all of my questions and kept reassuring me that everything would turn out. I just want to thank Kenny, and his team of ladies that were also attached to my case. Paula, Stephanie, Kim and all of the other ladies (I can't remember all the name) were just the sweetest and also very patient with my millions of questions. Fingers crossed I'm never in another accident, but if I am, I'm coming back to Hicks & Funfsinn!
