The work was slow, disorganized, and lacked professionalism. I constantly had to follow up, yet nothing meaningful was done. In the end, the decision went against me, and the money I paid was wasted. What bothered me most was that they spent more effort convincing me not to attend the hearing than preparing my defense. I expected competence and involvement but got a careless attitude instead. The quality of service does not match what they promise. I would not recommend this firm if you expect responsibility and professionalism.
