He was able to not take sides and look at the facts and character of each party involved without being biased. He was able to see what was best for the children and was able to see the effort I continuously put into wanting to be in my kids lives as well as the effort to better myself as a whole. Mr. Johnson was observant and empathetic towards someone trying to do what’s right and showing this not only with their words but with their actions. - PFPenny FarthingOct 15, 20201.0This was my deceased mom and step-dad's estate attorney firm. I'm upset at the extreme degree of ineffectiveness, ineptitude, gaslighting, and misogyny displayed by this office. I just got off the phone with Mr. Johnson, who first sends me an apology letter, then when I call him, acts as though this is all new information. He spoke to me as if I were a child when I requested paperwork be drawn up AGAIN, and acted as though this was our first interaction, though we have spoken multiple times, and I've left copious messages, etc. in the past month since my mom's death. Erroneously, Mr. Johnson also tried to blame the lack of communication from his office on my legally blind uncle Gary, even though Mr. Johnson, Cheryl Bolin, and Brian Carroll all have his contact information. I have multiple emails as evidence.
