  Had Jeff Shoulders and he did absolutely nothing except take money. Don't waste your time or money on him, he was absolutely no help at all! He charged $2500 for the retainer, never contacted about anything and spent maybe 30 minutes in the courtroom to do nothing but get my son screwed over. Then he charged him over $3000 for nothing. I Will never ever refer anyone to this office ever again!! Thank you for absolutely nothing Jeff, you are a huge joke!! Follow up, he did speak to my son and made sure to bring up my horrible review that I left him and he did confirm a couple of things and said he would be happy to represent my son again. If he was any kind of a good person, he would have offered his service Pro bono since he did nothing but get my son screwed over. But that didn’t happen, so here’s my review again. Please keep in mind, I do not do reviews but this was necessary. DO NOT GET JEFF SHOULDERS IF YOU NEED LEGAL REPRESENTATION!!!!

  I unfortunately didn’t have the same experience as other people with this firm. First of all you may not be able to afford this firm if you don’t have an extra 20k laying around. I sure didn’t. They charge for everything. I was charged whenever my attorney would read an email from another attorney. Maybe this is normal I don’t really know. I never felt that my attorney listened to me or was actually fighting for me. I was always dismissed. He’d tell me that I deserved more but also multiple times said he didn’t want to go to court. I felt I had to settle because he wouldn’t fight for me. It’s a scary place to be when you aren’t an attorney and don’t always understand what’s going on and paying someone that isn’t doing what you hope they are. He’d hang up on me when I’d call, tell me I needed to get someone else to take care of my kids so I could be on his timeline. I just felt lost and alone trying to fight my ex all while draining my bank account. All around a bad experience.

  There are the best lawyer's office have I ever had Zach Winsett was my attorney and he is the best attorney I've ever had. He was kind down to earth smart and he cared about my problems and my situation. I hired them/him knowing that it would be expensive but I'm a father of two little girls that I now have custody of thanks to Zach, that doesn't happen much as a father. You document you take pictures and you give him the tools... He does a great job in court. The office is professional and nice and my experience with them it was awesome. If you're looking for a good attorney the Bob Zoss law office is the one you want to go with for family law. I can't thank them enough more importantly thank you Zack Winsett.

  Terrell Maurer and Marianne are amazing. I was very well taken care of and my issues were resolved fast! Friendly staff. They always responded to me in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend. You won’t be disappointed!
