In a world where legal help often feels like a cold "assembly line" (I’m dealing with a firm like that on another matter right now, and the contrast is night and day), my experience here was a breath of fresh air. I reached out looking for assistance, and to my surprise, Amy B. called me back quickly—I believe it was even after normal business hours. That kind of dedication is rare these days. What stood out most wasn't just the timeliness; it was the tone. I have some disabilities, and while high emotional intelligence might be a positive by-product, there are real challenges: my spelling, verbal communication, and thought organization can all suffer at times. (As I told Amy, sometimes my GED is more evident than my Master's degree!). I can sometimes be a bit "much" or overly cordial when people are kind to me, but Amy matched that energy perfectly.
