Ted was able to come into the mess and clean everything up quickly and economically, while still getting the job done! I have been in the position to retain and work with many attorneys at mid-sized and large other law firms and find Ted to be a stand out as an ethical and responsible professional. Often, when a lawyer is poorly reviewed, it has more to do with the organization behind the lawyer than the lawyer themselves...much like the sales person doesn't make decisions on payment terms or collections activities, lawyers associated with a larger firm are not in a position to make decisions related to billing, payments or collections; further, they are often stymied by managing partners/attorneys with large egos and little care for the individual clients' circumstances. As a sole practitioner, Ted Gross is able to do his best for each client unencumbered by the narcissistic egos of partners/managing partners/managing attorneys which place profit above all else. Ted charged us a fair rate, worked within our needs--QUICKLY--and got us out of a decent sized jam in the courts. I would recommend Ted as a Corporate Attorney.
