  This firm took forever to get my will together. There were a lot of excuses about attorney problems. Now I have spent two weeks to get a copy of the will and more excuses. I think they should take peoples estates a little more seriously.

  Issues I had with Kelleher and Holland 1. They messed up my address and sent my private information to the wrong address that I didn't get in time. 2. Sent other people's private and important information to me and then told me to shred it. 3. Perri Smith got loud with me and yelled at me on the phone when I was having suicidal ideations when I have the worst pain disease, crps, and other severe pain diseases, and when I already have mental issues and get worse from people yelling at me. 4. Never told the judge how my diagnosis can't be shown on mris, mris literally don't show 3 of my conditions even when being clinically diagnosed. This is the same for other people with these conditions, mris can't show certain things. 5. Told me there's nothing I can do about being mistreated by my doctors when there's things people can do like talk to patient relations, leave reviews, contact the board of health, and more. 6. Never sent some of my important and crucial records to social security even though I reported it to him. 7. Lawyer told the judge during my hearing that I didn't qualify before based off my pain and he didn't fight hard to show that I should qualify based off of my pain. I have many limitations too because of my pain. 8. Someone at Kelleher & Holland recently called me and hung up and then when I called back right away the office was closed. 9. I asked my lawyer, Perri Smith to let me know when he was sending in my appeals council rebuttal so I can look at it and he sent it in without even notifying me. I still don't have a copy of it. The appeals council still hasn't sent it to me either. If he sent it to me to begin with I wouldn't keep having to wait. 10. My therapist said there are forms she could fill out for disability with my lawyer and when I asked my lawyer about it he said that had to be done before the ALJ hearing but he never even told me about it. 11. Perri Smith consistently got grumpy with me and had an attitude on the phone just for trying to get a simple thing answered or done. 12. I Once told him I don't know what to do and I'm having a panic attack and he got loud with me and said "well I'm having an anger attack from what's going on here at the office" Other issues too. Perri Smith is extremely unprofessional and did a horrendous job fighting for my case. He once got loud and said I don't know! I have a hundred things on my desk. He doesn't make you feel comfortable at all talking to him. I wish I would of known it would of been like pulling teeth to get things done there before I signed up. Beware, if it's so hard to get a simple thing done just imagine how bad the whole case is.
