  Zapolis & Associates is an excellent law firm. They took on a tough, but just, case and won. I spoke with other firms, but wasn't impressed. I was extremely pleased with their knowledge, thoroughness and personalized service. Highly recommended.

  I recently completed my estate planning with Attorney Briane Eggert. While I thought mine would be simple, it got complicated beyond belief but Attorney Briane was there every step of the way and gave me the guidance and also connected with some family members on my behalf to make this all happen! I truly recommend Zapolis and Associates for your estate planning - don't think you have to have a lot of assets to need a will. They also provide health care directives and POA's. You just never know and its best to be prepared!

  Zapolis & Associates, P.C. is a lawyer service I highly recommend, for several reasons. (Lawyer) Robert and his entire staff were consistently diligent and timely in helping me with the settling of my deceased mother's estate. I searched for an estate lawyer for 9 months before finding the office of Zapolis & Associates, P.C. Upon learning of my mother's death a year previously, I obtained legal and estate settling assistance because of a very difficult sibling who was uncooperative with me. Before finding the office of Zapolis during my 9 months, all the many other lawyer offices across the Chicagoland areas, that I spoke with over the phone or met with in person, every one of them simply stated they did not want to help, due to the "small" size of my mother's estate (less than a million dollars). After many discouraging rejections, I finally found the office of Zapolis. Meeting with Robert, he did not hesitate at all, to want to help me, which was a huge sign of relief for me. With this, I, very much, thank Robert Zapolis and his staff for working with me professionally, timely and cordially. They settled my mother's estate within one year and took care of everything that was needed with the courts, paperwork, followups, communication via emails and phone calls. Thank you again!
