I had met with a few lawyers before I met with Richard and as cliche as it sounds, he literally got me my life back. I felt most comfortable and confident in Richard than I did with the rest. I was looking at a mandatory sentencing of 1-3 years for a AGG UUW and DUI. Richard took on my case brilliantly and without fear of having to take it to trial but, because of his incredible knowledge, due diligence and experience, we didn't have to go to trial. Richard got my entire case dismissed and charges dropped. And, he did it at a very fair and reasonable cost especially compared to the rest. Another great plus is his fluency in Spanish which came in extremely handy when explaining the proceedings to my family. Richard is very dedicated and extremely focused when it comes to his work. He falls just short of being Superman if he could be in three places at once! For that, he also has an incredible team that are just as equally dedicated. If it were not for Richard, I would not be doing or living my dream career today. Undeniably, I have, still do and will always highly recommend Richard Dvorak, his team and associates.
