Leading Clients Toward Sunrise After Their Darkest Nights.
I have 40-plus years of experience protecting clients’ rights during their darkest times. My goal is to provide clarity and a sense of direction when it's needed most in criminal defense and personal injury matters. I believe in keeping clients informed about their realistic options. I am there for them through every phase of the process.
I've had the privilege of handling high-profile cases that caught the attention of media outlets like the Honolulu Star-Advertiser, Hawaii News Now, KITV, KHON and Honolulu Civil Beat. This speaks to the enormous trust my clients have placed in me when their future hangs in the balance.
Bill is certainly in the top tier of Hawaii's defense lawyers, and his fees are quite reasonable compared with those of his more arrogant and media-hungry colleagues. I was facing a pretty serious federal charge, and he negotiated a plea agreement that resulted in a very light sentence. The prosecutor talked to me right after sentencing, and told me Bill had "saved my life." I can't think of a better recommendation than that. As others have mentioned, he won't return all your calls, or reply to all your emails. There's a lot of anxiety associated with being on the wrong end of a criminal case, so I considered knocking a star off for that. But you just have to trust him. The impression I got is that he's focused on whatever case is most urgent at the time. But when it's your turn, you have his complete attention, and he really knows what he's doing. Bill's a friendly guy, highly respected by his colleagues, and driven to get the best possible results for his clients. I highly recommend him.

Ours was a long an complicated ordeal. William Harrison walked us through 7 years of litigation that involved a criminal and medical issue. He did not give up on our situation even when we had resolved that the worse was happening. I have known Mr Harrison for many years and he has represented me and my husband through adverse situations. My husband was facing dying in prison and not only did he keep my husband home where he could get medical care while we awaited an outcome for over 5 years but he fought our case till the 9 th circuit and prevailed for us. I knew even through the worse he had not given up on my husband and believed in us. I consider him a trusty worthy friend and someone that I have been able to call whenever in need. If you are in a battle that determines the outcome of you and your families life together he is the person you want in your team.
He believes in what is right.
