She skillfully, efficiently and professionally walked my husband and I through end of life issues that were previously uncomfortable. She clearly explained options and procedures that will most certainly provide ease for our family upon our passing. She was generous with her time and expertise, had a great sense of humor and was perceptive and sensitive to our needs. For some of us, this is a difficult process, but Rachel made it one that made us feel that we have done all we can do to simplify the estate issues associated with passing.
