In 2014, my daughter was in a serious car accident caused by a drunk driver running the red light hitting my daughter's 2 door 2013 Honda Accord causing her vehicle to spin around coming to a rest with an electric pole splitting the back trunk straight in the middle onwhich the insurance company totaled it out. To this day, she sufferers from bad headaches & anxiety from that accident. There were 2 passengers in her vehicle. They both went with different attorneys and settled within a year. On August 23,2021 It'll be 7 years and my daughter's case is still NOT settled & has yet to be compensated for her pain & suffering from this accident. Now you go figure!

I dont remember anything but a woman named Dorthy. I cant even picture the other girl I had with me. I dont recall the name of the insurance company that was out of Atlanta. He was awful. I went to court and the ticket was dismissed! I was living in a tent under the overpass. I do not live at 18 LONGVIEW BLUFF. My only & older sister illegally evicted me as I was "life tenant" I've been on disability for more than 15 years and am now 66! I have nothing. The car has been destroyed by the wrecker company! Good luck on this. I own nothing, I rent at Dutchtown and my retired income wont begin to touch this! I was living in a tent before I came here. One girl told me to turn right the other left! We were trying to get to the library! I appeared in court and the ticket was dismissed! The insurance agency, is one hour behind us! Like I said. I doubt I can even recall the horrible agent! It was State Farm. I have no paperwork at all regarding this issue. I have nothing . I own nothing, Had your client not been speeding this could have easily been avoided. In fact a passenger said while getting out of their vehicle I TOLD YOU TO SLOW DOWN YOU WERE DRIVING TOO FAST! MY WITNESS'S WERE HOMELESS AND WE LOST TOUCH ALMOST 2 YEARDS AGO! GOOD LUCK! BEST REGARDS C.TAYLOE RIVERA! I CANT EVEN GET A DRIVERS LICENSE RIGHT NOW. THE LAWS HAVE CHANGED. SO WHEN I WENT IN FEBRUARY TO RENEW, THEY WOULDN'T EVEN LET ME GET A STATE ID. IVE BEEN MARRIED AND DIVORCED TOO MANY TIMES! THE DIFFERENT STATES ARE HARD TO GET DOCUMENTS FROM! MY LAWYER FROM DFACS IS SHANNON BISHOP! BECAUSE THIS IS CIVAL I UNABLE TO HIRE COUNSEL! THAMK YOU!THIS NEEDS TO BE DROPPED SOONER THAN LATER. YOUR CLIENTS ARE LIARS AND LOOKING TO GET RICH. YOU CAN'T GET BLOOD OUT OF A TURNIP. YOU ARE WASTING MY TIME & yours.
