  I was so satisfied and impressed with Haskins Law. Jen Haskins was incredibly nice and down to earth, which made the whole experience so comfortable. I brought my 80-year-old dad in to set up a will and a POA, and the process was absolutely seamless from start to finish. On top of her professionalism, Jen’s warmth really shines through—she has two sweet dogs in the office and even takes care of stray cats, which says a lot about her character. The building itself is a historic beauty, adding even more charm to the experience. I highly recommend Jen Haskins Law—100%!

  I consulted Ms Haskins regarding available asset protections when initially preparing to transition my mother from private pay nursing home care to Medicaid. Apparently, Ms Haskins was not aware Medicaid allows the transfer of financial assets (money in bank accounts) in addition to a primary residence from the parent to an adult disabled child. Aware or not, she absolutely failed to inform me of the legal asset transfers readily available. She mentioned only the primary residence transfer. In my opinion, Ms Haskins failed to provide competent legal advice in a practice area she advertised as one of her specialties. My financial losses were significant.

  Expensive considering I was doing all the work and initial instructions were confusing and partially incorrect. I will try a different lawyer.

  Ms Haskins is a very professional and understanding. She made us feel comfortable in discussing our wills. She was truly thorough in covering all scenarios in regards to our end of life wishes.
