  In 2020 in the middle of the pandemic, Ms. Duke at Duke & Heath handled the adoption of our granddaughter. They did an excellent job keeping the case moving forward with all the closures. I took a slip & fall last year at a local grocery store and sustained a broken wrist and other injuries, so when insurance adjusters started giving me the runaround I didn’t hesitate to contact Ms. Duke. When the adjuster did the same thing to them, Ms. Duke filed to go to Court and within no time the case was settled and resolved. Everyone in the office is very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommend if/when you need an honest and dedicated attorney who get cases resolved. Sheri Harris

  I recommend Attorney Duke and her team any day. She was the GAL on my custody case and I couldn’t ask for a better outcome. She was always kind and professional and if it wasn’t for her I don’t know what would’ve happened with my case. Im so happy my child had her as the appointed GAL on the case.

  My experience with Mr. Heath was disappointing. I hired him to represent my husband, Omar Acosta Lona, because he had helped us before, but this time the communication and attention to our case were not the same. I was never notified when he would miss court, and despite multiple calls and messages, I received no timely updates. Important information, including the video evidence, was not shared until right before meeting with the judge, leaving us unprepared. I understand my husband is responsible for his actions, but that is why we sought legal help — to make sure everything was handled correctly. It’s upsetting to feel our case didn’t receive the time or dedication it deserved. Communication and transparency are essential when someone’s future is at stake. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and client support moving forward. Mi experiencia con el Sr. Heath fue decepcionante.
