  Posted by glenda | December 19, 2025 | Consulted Attorney Biased attorney Desiree Dukes was appointed as a GAL for my granddaughter. Desiree Dukes came to Court told the courts that I traumatized my granddaughter and this is why my granddaughter is in therapy. She did not tell the truth. I had an attorney who did not speak up because he was new to the case and didn’t even open his mouth for closing arguments. I had to sit in court and listen to the lies. I was vulnerable. If I traumatize my granddaughter why would the mother who lied also have let me spoke with my granddaughter for the past 2 1/2 years. I have recordings of me and my granddaughter those past 2 .5 years with great conversations, talking about grandmother and granddaughter stuff. Nothing never traumatizing. This lady got up there and lied on a 64 year-old grandmother who practically raised her granddaughter. Four days after Court my granddaughter called me on FaceTime. I seen the mother in the background and I said “do you mind if she talks to me, the mother said “no talk like you always talk“. If I traumatize my granddaughter at all, why would this mother sit up there and tell me four days after court, because they were not truthful. Then Desiree Dukes brought out recordings of me cursing at the mother that was from 2018 to 2020 she never mentioned that in court she never mentioned anything negative about the mother who had used profanity to me and the child. She wanted to win this case but she lied who lies in court. God sits high and looks low. I have made my peace with this because one day that little eight year old girl is going to grow up and I’m gonna tell her everything if she ask. And when she finds out, I’m pretty sure she will be very upset with everyone who lied on her grandmother. I love my granddaughter. I would never hurt her. Desiree Dukes knew everything that the mother did to his child, but she never mentioned this in her final report she only made me look unbelievable. But the thing about this is in mediation Desiree Duke told my and my prior attorney that I was a good fit for my granddaughter in 2024. I haven’t spoken to her since 2023. Why would she change her mind? Having this new attorney who didn’t know anything about this case she could say anything she wanted to say because my old attorney knew what she had said. I did email her about this all she said to me was I’m sorry you were upset. I’m not upset because people lie, but there is a God and he takes care of people that hurt kids and lies on a 64-year-old vulnerable grandmother . Desiree Dukes did not come to court. She stayed on Zoom because she said she had a 9 o’clock, 930, 1030 conflict during court, which lasted until about 2 PM. She never once went to those three conflicts she just did not want to be in court that day and look me straight in the eye while she lied on us. I have sent packages to all social media outlets, including the investigative news. I’m hoping they can look at this evidence that I have and help me to be able to see my granddaughter again. This child needs to grow up in a healthy environment. I have all recordings to show that she’s not. I just hope someone in the news media or social media contact me. Oh and by the way, I can never see my granddaughter again, 😢thanks to this Lawyer. Why would you take a child away from her grandmother who she loves very much? My granddaughter call her mother girlfriend, papa, this is making this child so confused because papa is a female. I also have recordings that I gave to Desiree Dukes to show how the mother is, however, she still had nothing but positive things to say in her report about the mother. GAL supposed to gather from everyone she only got her facts from the mother.

  Hiring Timothy Heath is one of the best decisions that I have made! He fought for me in court and has made my situation better ten fold! When I first contacted Mr. Heath, he listened closely and was able to formulate a plan to give me some of my rights back. He was very confident and had a knowledge of the law that blew me away! Not only did he know the law, but he has experience with working with the local prosecutors and judges. Everything that he told me that he wanted to do for me, HE DID! In fact, he was able to do MORE for me than he initially hoped. All of my communications with him were professional and helpful. On the day of court, he delivered.
